Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles, about 1 cm high.
Tomatoes, bell peppers are also cut into rings.
Mushrooms are thinly sliced, preferably according to their shape.
Cut ham or bacon into strips. If they go in a wide piece, then divide in half so that it is not wider than 5-6 cm .
Cheese is three on a coarse grater.
Preparation:
Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil and spread the potatoes on it, close to each other so that the bottom is not visible. They were salted, peppered a little and smeared with mayonnaise.
