Step 1:
Here are the main ingredients you will need for a Pina Colada cocktail. Before preparing the drink, put the glasses in the freezer for a while so that they cool down. Juice and rum are better to use chilled, and coconut milk, on the contrary, should be kept at room temperature so that it is homogeneous when cooking.
Step 2:
Prepare all the ingredients. Shake coconut milk well before opening the package. Measure out the right amount of pineapple juice, white rum, ice and coconut milk. Pour white rum into a shaker.
Step 3:
Then pour pineapple juice.
Step 4:
Add coconut milk. Cover the shaker with a lid and shake all the ingredients very well.
Step 5:
Pour ice to the top of the chilled glasses.
Step 6:
Pour a thin stream of cocktail into the glasses. From the specified amount of ingredients, 2 glasses of Pina Colada are obtained.
Step 7:
Insert a cocktail tube into each glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a sprig of mint.
Step 8:
Carefully pour coconut syrup on top of each glass. Before drinking a cocktail, mix it in your glass with a straw so that the syrup is evenly distributed.
Pina Colada is a Caribbean cocktail based on white rum, coconut milk and pineapple juice.
Cocktail is a long drink, which literally means "long drink", i.e. alcoholic drink of large volume.
Such cocktails are prepared with a lot of ice, respectively, they are drunk for a long time, through a straw as the ice melts in the glass. Such cocktails are perfectly refreshing on hot days.
You can also make a Pinot Colada with cream. In this case, it is worth using 40ml. coconut milk and 30 ml. cream.
There are also recipes for Pina Colada with the addition of dark rum (70ml is used. white rum and 70ml. dark rum). The taste of the cocktail turns out to be more saturated and tart.
