Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare an alcoholic strawberry Mojito, we will need: strawberries, lime, ice, white rum, highly carbonated water, mint and strawberry syrup. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash strawberries, lime, mint and dry with napkins.
Step 2:
Half a lime cut into large pieces arbitrarily.
Step 3:
Cut two medium-sized strawberries into circles or cut each berry into 4 parts.
Step 4:
Send the sliced lime into a cocktail glass.
Step 5:
Add strawberries next.
Step 6:
Cut off the lower leaves from the mint sprig, leave the top for decoration. Send mint to strawberries and lime.
Step 7:
Use a pestle to mash all the ingredients. If there is no mortar at hand, then you can use a fork or spoon.
Step 8:
There should be no puree in the glass. We need to try to make sure that the pieces are preserved and at the same time all the ingredients are given juice.
Step 9:
Add frappe ice (crushed or crushed ice) to the cocktail glass. Frappe can be made at home. To do this, put large pieces of ice in a tight plastic bag, close it or tie it. Take a wooden hammer and crush large pieces of ice with it.
Step 10:
Pour 50 milliliters of white rum into a glass (Bacardi was used in the recipe). Mix all the ingredients with a regular spoon.
Step 11:
Next, fill the glass with ice almost to the brim.
Step 12:
Decorate the cocktail with a sprig of mint and strawberries.
Step 13:
Top up with highly carbonated water or Sprite. Pour syrup over strawberries and ice. Insert a cocktail tube into the glass and the drink can be served.
There are a lot of varieties of Mojito.
Initially, a Mojito is a cocktail based on white rum and mint leaves. Traditionally, the ingredients of a cocktail are four ingredients: highly carbonated water, mint, sugar and lime. The fifth ingredient white rum is added to alcoholic cocktails, and crushed ice frappe is used to cool the drink.
Instead of sugar, to speed up the cooking process, it is customary to add sweet sparkling water of the Sprite type, as well as use syrups.
Enjoy a refreshing, bright taste!
