A wonderful second course with Jewish roots! A friend of mine recently taught me how to cook a dish of Jewish cuisine kugel. I liked this food so much that now I cook it almost every week. Now I will share with you the culinary recipe of this second dish.

We start by boiling the noodles until they are fully cooked, then we throw them into a colander, let the water drain. After that, we fill our noodles with butter. Now we wash and peel the apples, take out the seeds, cut the apples into thin slices. After that, the cottage cheese is rubbed through a sieve. Now we soak the washed raisins for about 2-3 hours, after that we drain the water. Then mix the noodles with granulated sugar, prepared apples, raisins and cottage cheese. Now, in a special baking dish, smeared with butter, we put the resulting mass, fill it with raw chicken eggs, beaten with lukewarm milk. Now bake our kugel at a temperature of 18 degrees until golden brown. It will take about 20 minutes.
