Now I would like to tell you about the culinary recipe of such food as beans in a pot. I cook this dish every time my brother, a big fan of beans, comes to visit us. We start by taking the beans, washing them thoroughly and then soaking them overnight in water with one teaspoon of soda. In the morning, drain the water from the swollen beans, pour in fresh and put it to cook on moderate heat until fully cooked. At this time, we cut the peeled onion into half rings with a thickness of about 5 millimeters. Now heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the onion there and fry it until cooked with salt, pepper and grain. After that, we put beans and fried onions in layers in ceramic pots. Then pour this mixture with water (or vegetable broth), add a couple of tablespoons of oil and put it in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes. After this time, the finished beans are removed from the oven and served to the table.
