Knead a soft, viscous dough by dipping your hands in sunflower oil. Put it on proofing for an hour and a half, until it doubles. Apply 1/3 of the molds, wait until it fits almost to the edges and bake at 180 gr. until ready. Lubricate the top of the cooled cakes with glaze, decorate.
