Cooking method
1. Take one and a half cups of flour, milk and melted butter.
2. Mix all the liquid ingredients: beat the egg in a bowl, add butter and milk, add sugar and salt.
3. Pour the resulting mixture into a mound of sifted flour, gradually kneading.
4. Roll the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap, let it rest.
5. Roll out into thin tortillas and fry in a preheated frying pan without oil for 2 minutes on each side.
