Cooking method
Thoroughly wash the croup with cold water.
In a small saucepan, boil the water, slightly salting it.
We send the washed grits to a saucepan, fill with prepared water and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes. During the cooking process, do not forget to remove the foam.
We fill the finished oatmeal with honey (this is optional - it will be no less delicious without honey).
