Step 1:
Prep your ingredients, peel the shrimp, and hard-boil the eggs. Fry the shrimp in olive oil on both sides until lightly browned, about 3–5 minutes.

Cut the imitation crab sticks into small cubes.

Dice the cucumber the same way.

Step 4:
Peel the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Dice the whites.

Grate the yolks on the fine side of a grater over the top of the salad.

Add the mayonnaise and the shrimp.
