Cooking method
1. Pour cold water into a saucepan and put it on the stove.
2. Wash, peel from the filling and cut the apples into slices.
3. When the water almost comes to a boil, introduce apples and sugar. Stir and taste for sweetness.
4. After boiling, reduce the heat to a minimum and pour about 500 ml of the resulting compote from the pan. Cool this part to room temperature (starch will curdle in boiling water).
5. While the water cools, catch all the apples.
6. Introduce starch into the cooled part of the water one spoonful at a time. Mix well.
7. Gently pour 500 ml of starch water into the compote, stirring constantly. The drink will thicken immediately.
8. Bring to a boil and remove from the stove.
Dessert is ready. Enjoy your meal.
