Step-by-step cooking
We start by peeling the onion and cutting it into thin half rings. Then fry it a little in oil in a frying pan together with finely chopped garlic and chopped tomatoes without skin. After that, we season this whole mixture with our spices and put it in a saucepan. Now finely chop the peeled carrots, pepper, celery, ginger root, cabbage and add it all to the pan with toasting. Now fill all this mass with water, salt to taste and cook until fully cooked. The soup should be served with fresh herbs.
