Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make minced meat cutlets in a frying pan? Prepare everything you need for this. Minced meat can be used from any kind of meat. I take pork and beef in half. Minced meat can be prepared by yourself by rolling the meat through a meat grinder or buying ready-made.
Step 2:
To prepare the cutlet mass, take a deep bowl and combine both kinds of minced meat in it. Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water and pass through a meat grinder or chop with a chopper. Add the chopped onion to the bowl to the minced meat.
Step 3:
Then add the egg. Add a little salt and spices to taste. And at this stage I add mayonnaise to the cutlet mass. It is mayonnaise and a large amount of onions that give the finished cutlets juiciness. Even when cooled down, the cutlets will be juicy and delicious. Mix all the ingredients well until smooth and beat the mass a little on the bottom of the bowl.
Step 4:
Roll some minced meat in breadcrumbs and form cutlets.
Step 5:
Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and lay out the cutlets. Fry them on both sides, for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. You don't need to make a big fire. The cutlets should be fried inside and not burnt on the outside.
Step 6:
Hearty meat cutlets are ready! Complement them with any side dish or fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
To check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in the pan, you can do it in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.
Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.
