Korean-Style Zucchini Salad for Canning

Heat one hundred grams of vegetable oil in a skillet, add the onion, and fry until translucent, stirring with a spatula. Then add the garlic mixture to the hot onion and stir well.

Add one hundred milliliters of 9% vinegar to the pot of vegetables and spices, and stir well once more.

Pack the salad into sterilized jars and pour in the juice the zucchini released while cooking. Fill a large pot with cold water, lay a cloth on the bottom so the jars don't touch it, set the uncovered jars inside, and process for fifteen minutes from the moment the water comes to a boil.
