Add a pinch of Italian herbs for aroma and whisk thoroughly.
-
Step 4:
Sift one hundred and thirty grams of flour into the bowl and add no more than a quarter teaspoon of baking powder.

Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly and set the finished batter aside.
-
Step 6:
Cut eighty grams of semi-smoked sausage and seven olives into pieces.

Step 7:
Slice four cherry tomatoes into thin rounds (you can swap in any fresh tomatoes) and grate one hundred grams of hard cheese on the coarse side of a box grater.
-
Step 8:
Spread the batter into a heated skillet with a little vegetable oil, lower the heat, and cover for one minute until the batter sets.
-
Step 9:
Lay the sliced sausage over the crust, add two tablespoons of ketchup, then scatter on the olives and cherry tomatoes, and season with Italian herbs and ground black pepper to taste.
-
Step 10:
Top generously with the grated cheese, cover, and leave on the heat until the cheese is fully melted.
-
Step 11:
Garnish the pizza with fresh dill and parsley.
-
Step 12:
Slide the pizza from the skillet onto a plate, cut into portions, and serve.
-
Step 13:
Enjoy!
- A tasty, crave-worthy super pizza you can make with all kinds of toppings — but ours is tried and true! If you love pizza as much as we do, make it our way. This Italian classic, with its crisp crust, juicy toppings, melted cheese, and fragrant tomato sauce, is incredibly delicious and satisfying. Pizza owes its worldwide fame to chef Raffaele Esposito, who baked one for Queen Margherita of Italy; she loved the dish for its brilliant simplicity, and it was promptly named in her honor. Classic pizza is made with only natural ingredients — sauces without flavor enhancers and cheeses with no added vegetable fats.
