Step 1:
Choose the necessary products and spices to prepare a coveted and fast super pizza with an incomparably delicious dough in a frying pan.
Step 2:
Prepare the pizza dough and break three chicken eggs into a bowl, add three tablespoons of mayonnaise, three tablespoons of sour cream, add salt to taste and mix with a whisk.
Step 3:
Add a pinch of Italian herbs to the flavor bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 4:
In a bowl, sift one hundred and thirty grams of flour and add no more than a quarter of a teaspoon of baking powder.
Step 5:
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients with a whisk and set aside the bowl with the finished dough.
Step 6:
Cut into pieces eighty grams of semi-smoked sausage and seven olives.
Step 7:
Cut four cherry tomatoes into thin circles, which can be replaced with any fresh tomatoes and grate a hundred grams of hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 8:
In a frying pan heated on the stove with a small amount of vegetable oil, spread the dough, turn down the heat of the stove and cover the pan with a lid for one minute until it "catches" dough.
Step 9:
Spread the sliced sausage on the dough, add two tablespoons of ketchup, spread the chopped olives, cherry tomatoes, add Italian herbs and ground black pepper to taste.
Step 10:
Add the liberally grated cheese on top and close the lid and leave it on the stove until the cheese melts completely.
Step 11:
Decorate the pizza on top with dill and parsley.
Step 12:
Transfer the pizza from the pan to a plate, cut into portions and serve to the table.
