Step 1:
How to bake chicken liver with cheese? Prepare the ingredients. To prepare chicken liver baked under cheese, we will need: chicken liver; cheese; mayonnaise; sour cream; garlic; ground black pepper and salt.

Rinse the liver thoroughly, remove excess fat. It is better to soak the liver for 30 minutes in cold water to beat off a specific smell. Then dry the liver, season with salt and pepper.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can take any cheese, the main thing is that it is of high quality and delicious and melts well.
