Combine mustard with honey and lemon juice and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Put the steaks on greased pieces of foil.

Pour sauce on top of the fish.
Step 7:
Roll the foil into envelopes. Bake the steaks in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes.
Trout can be cooked in a variety of ways, with different side dishes and additional ingredients. However, the most gentle way of cooking, in which the fish retains the greatest amount of nutrients, is baking in the oven.
Since trout is a rather fatty fish, I prefer to bake it in foil, parchment or in special baking bags. This prevents excessive evaporation of moisture from the surface of the fish and will allow it to retain juiciness. Another huge plus is that after that you do not need to wash the dishes in which the fish was baked from fat.
There is nothing superfluous in this recipe: fish, spices and lemon juice. The highlight is the sauce itself, which gives the fish a piquant sweet and sour taste. If desired, you can leave a little sauce and pour it over the ready-made fish when serving.
