Potatoes with chanterelles in the oven are cooked simply and unpretentiously. The products are simple, common, and budget-friendly. What could be tastier than fried potatoes with mushrooms? And if you also bake it in sour cream, then it's generally yummy!
1. Peel the onion and potatoes. Cut into strips.
2. Lightly defrost chanterelles (or peel and rinse fresh), cut arbitrarily.
3. In sunflower oil, quickly fry potatoes with onions. Put it in a baking dish.
4. Put the lightly fried chanterelles on top as well and add a tablespoon of fatty sour cream.
5. Put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for half an hour under the lid.
6. Sprinkle the finished potatoes with chanterelles in the oven with dill greens and serve immediately - a great dinner!
