Step-by-step cooking
A very simple cooking recipe that a friend once advised me. And in fact, the chicken in soy sauce turns out very juicy and tender. There were concerns about the somewhat specific taste of soy sauce, but everything turned out very tasty. First of all, cut the garlic into strips and mix it with salt and pepper. Then pierce the chicken with a knife and insert garlic into the cuts. Next, use a syringe to inject soy sauce into the chicken. It should be pricked as often as possible (about a quarter of a glass of soy sauce goes to one chicken), – and do not rush to immediately take out the syringe, it is better to wait a few seconds after the sauce is introduced, then it will not protrude to the surface, but will remain in the chicken. Having done all this, it remains only to smear the chicken with sour cream (it is better to use it, not mayonnaise – sour cream is much more useful) and put it in a frying pan.
Bake until ready, besides, I recommend pouring the chicken with the fat that will be melted out of it every 15 minutes – it will be even juicier.
Try this recipe – the food turns out very tasty. You will like it!
