Step-by-step cooking
Chicken breast is good for nutrition. If it is cooked properly, it will turn out soft, juicy and delicious! I want to share one simple and inexpensive recipe for cooking chicken breast.
The breast will be baked in the oven, so preheat the oven in advance and prepare a sheet of foil for baking. Wash the breast, dry it, make incisions and stuff with garlic cloves, rub with a mixture of spices and salt and put on foil. Spread the breast with sour cream. Sour cream will give the meat juiciness. Place the bay leaf around the breast. Bake the breast better at a temperature of 150 degrees for about 30 minutes. To form a ruddy crispy crust, increase the heat to 200 degrees. Cut the finished breast and serve with salad or rice.
