Baked tomatoes with smoked cheese and herbs in the oven
Baked tomatoes with smoked cheese and herbs in the oven
Extremely delicious dish! Fragrant and appetizing! Of course, these are not real smoked tomatoes, but the taste of this food turns out to be just awesome, a little smoked and at the same time tender. I bet you didn't know that tomatoes contain lycopene, which is terribly useful for our body, which can reduce the risk of malignant tumors. This same lycopene also warns cardiovascular diseases. And if tomatoes are boiled, baked or fried, then more and more of it is formed. That's just one thing, and this but is that you need to eat at least 20 tomatoes a week, then they will be of use and you need to fill salads from tomatoes with sunflower oil so that this lycopene is better absorbed.
I think my cooking recipe will not cause any harm to the body, because it is cooked at high temperature and seasoned with sunflower oil.

My tomatoes, preferably medium-sized and possibly the same. From the side of the peduncle with a sharp knife, we make a cross-to-cross incision. Smoked cheese is cut into thin slices and put these slices into the cuts. Sprinkle a little red pepper, salt and sprinkle with oil. Bake stuffed tomatoes in the oven or on the grill until the cheese is browned. Serve warm, sprinkled with herbs.
