Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To make biscuits, you will need: sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs at room temperature, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and starch.
Step 2:
Pour sugar into the whipping bowl. Wash the eggs and drive in the same place. Beat with a mixer for five minutes. First at the minimum speed, and then gradually increasing it.
Step 3:
The mass should increase in volume, and the corolla should leave softly melting media on the surface. The consistency is about as in the photo.
Step 4:
Divide the dough in half. I divided by eye, and for an accurate result you will need a kitchen scale.
Step 5:
In a bowl with a white biscuit dough, add half (30 grams) of flour, sifted twice, half a teaspoon of baking powder, half a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and all the starch.
Step 6:
Gently mix the ingredients with a cooking spatula, kneading the dough from bottom to top, from the edges to the middle.
Step 7:
In a bowl with a chocolate biscuit dough, add the remaining half (30 grams) of flour, sifted twice, half a teaspoon of baking powder, half a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and all cocoa.
Step 8:
Mix the chocolate dough until smooth, working with a spatula according to the same scheme.
Step 9:
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with sunflower oil. And at the same time! start pouring white and chocolate dough into it from opposite sides so that each type of dough fills half of the mold. The main part of the dough will be in shape, and what remains on the walls of the bowls can be spread with a spatula. The dough, obeying the laws of physics, will not mix, a clear border is formed between the white and chocolate part. My shape is 18 cm in inner diameter.
Step 10:
Bake the biscuit in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour. Check the degree of readiness with a wooden skewer, remove and cool. With a sharp knife, cut the biscuit in half.
Step 11:
Cut out the silhouette of a banana from paper and cut out four biscuit blanks with a small sharp knife: two chocolate and two white. These will be layers of cake.
Step 12:
In a small saucepan, beat the washed chicken egg, add sugar, flour and sour cream. Mix everything until smooth and cook over low heat until thickened.
Step 13:
The cream should be dense. Remove it from the heat and cool it down a little.
Step 14:
Prepare the impregnation for the cakes. You just need to mix water with lemon juice.
Step 15:
Put two tablespoons of cream in a separate bowl. Add a couple of drops of yellow food coloring to it and mix. Yellow cream will be needed for decoration.
Step 16:
Peel ripe banana and cut into thin rings.
Step 17:
Cake assembly. Transfer the first chocolate cake to the serving dish. Soak it with a couple of spoons of lemon impregnation. Put one third of the white cream on top. And spread the banana circles on top. Then white cake, impregnation and the second third of the cream (without banana). Then chocolate cake, impregnation, the rest of the cream and bananas.
Step 18:
The last is the white cake and impregnation. Add a tablespoon of water to the pre-set yellow cream and mix. The cream will become more pliable. Spoon the yellow cream over the cake, retreating from the edges by 3 millimeters.
Step 19:
Melt the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Transfer to a cooking bag and draw the outline of a banana, a stack and several strips. Leave the cake in the refrigerator to soak for two hours. After that, it is ready to serve!
