Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. The set of vegetables can be changed, reduced or increased depending on taste preferences, the availability of vegetables at hand. Potatoes are washed, cleaned and cut into thin circles. You can wash the potatoes to remove excess starch, this will make the dish less caloric.
Step 2:
Carrots are washed, cleaned and grated on a medium grater. Zucchini for the dish is better to use young, they contain more vitamins, and you can use them for the dish without peeling and pith with seeds. But if the zucchini is mature, then it will not affect the taste particularly, you just need to wash it, clean it and grate it like the previous vegetables, the juice needs to be squeezed out, since this vegetable secretes a lot of juice.
Step 3:
Peel the onion, finely chop with a knife.
Step 4:
Bulgarian pepper is washed, remove the stalk with seeds, cut it into small straws or cubes.
Step 5:
Grease the baking dish with butter. We spread the first layer of potato circles. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6:
Then sprinkle with onion cubes.
Step 7:
Sprinkle with grated carrots and zucchini, cubes of frozen or fresh pumpkin.
Step 8:
Sprinkle with finely chopped or cut into inflorescences cauliflower.
Step 9:
Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs.
Step 10:
Preparing sour cream filling. Put sour cream in a bowl (it is better to use a fatty one with a high percentage of fat content), add spices to taste, a little water.

Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour the mixture of vegetables in the form. We cover the form with foil on top, put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Then we remove the foil, sprinkle grated cheese on top and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes. We serve the dish to the table. Bon appetit!
