Step 1:
Put the butter in a bowl, add sugar and a pinch of cardamom.
Step 2:
Beat with a mixer.

Whisk until smooth.

Add the flour sifted through a sieve in parts, a pinch of salt, half a teaspoon of soda and mix thoroughly.
Step 6:
Knead the resulting dough well.
Step 7:
Put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 8:
Take the dough out of the refrigerator and carefully knead it with your hands.
Step 9:
Divide the resulting dough into two parts.
Step 10:
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into thin tortillas and make cookie blanks with molds.
Step 11:
Pre-dip the molds in flour. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 12:
We spread the blanks of our cookies on parchment in a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 13:
To prepare the icing sugar, put one chicken protein, 200 gr. powdered sugar in a bowl, which we sift through a sieve.
Step 14:
Add 0.5 tsp. l. starch, 1 tsp. l. lemon juice and beat well with a mixer. The resulting glaze is divided into two parts.
Step 15:
Add a little water and mix the glaze to the consistency of thick sour cream, which we will use to outline our cookies.
Step 16:
Add one drop of food coloring to the glaze and mix well and put it in a pastry bag.
Step 17:
Circle the icing around the contour of the cookie.
Step 18:
Add a little water to the second part of the glaze, which we will use for filling cookies, mix and make it a little thinner than the first. We put the glaze in a pastry bag and distribute it over the liver, making various stains with a toothpick.
