Step 1:
Get the butter out of the refrigerator a few hours before cooking so that it becomes soft. Or melt it in a water bath.
Step 2:
Add all the sugar to the butter at once. Mix thoroughly until a creamy mass is formed. I mix with a regular fork.
Step 3:
Only after thoroughly mixing the butter with sugar, you can add the following ingredients.
Step 4:
Drive in the eggs, one at a time. After adding each, beat intensively with a fork or whisk. Add vanilla sugar along with the eggs.
Step 5:
Add flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 6:
The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream.
Step 7:
Wash the cherries, put them on a dry towel to remove excess water. Separate from the seeds, add to the dough. Mix thoroughly.
Step 8:
Spread the dough on the molds, filling them half (as the dough rises). Put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 9:
Check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick: stick a dry toothpick into the cupcake and immediately get it, if there are no traces of the dough on the toothpick, then the baking is ready.
Step 10:
