Step 1:
Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Step 2:
Melt margarine. It shouldn't be hot.
Step 3:
Beat the egg with condensed milk into a strong foam for 5 minutes.
Step 4:
Add margarine to the mixture and beat again.
Step 5:
Add dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and quickly knead the dough with a spoon. It turns out to be quite thick.
Step 6:
Add coconut chips and mix.
Step 7:
Put the dough in greased molds. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool in molds. Store in a tightly closed container.
If desired, at the stage of whipping eggs with condensed milk, you can add vanilla.
