This sweetness of Turkish cuisine is very similar to mannikin with impregnation! And, since everyone loves mannik very much, I bring to your attention the culinary recipe of revani. In a deep saucepan, beat eggs with sugar with a mixer. To this mass, add yogurt, semolina, sunflower oil, flour and continue to beat. By the way, it is better to take natural yogurt. Last of all, add baking powder and mix well again so that there are no lumps.
We lubricate the square shape (I took 20x30 cm) with sunflower oil and pour the mass into it. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees until a dark golden crust forms.
For sherbet, boil water with granulated sugar, add lemon juice, remove from heat and let cool.
We take out our delicious food from the oven, pour warm sherbet and leave everything until the sherbet is absorbed. Eat cold.
