Step-by-step cooking
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Pour milk, water, vegetable oil into a saucepan. We salt all this and put it on the fire. Bring to a boil and cool slightly. Add flour to the pan and knead, so as not to get burned, with a wooden spoon. Let the dough rest for ten minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl and add the eggs. Knead well. Then pour the cheese and knead again until smooth.
We lubricate our hands with oil and form small round buns. The diameter of the buns should not exceed 5 centimeters. Lubricate the leaf with oil and bake for about 25 minutes, until light brown. We serve warm on the table with real Brazilian coffee. Not with that surrogate, which is called "soluble", but with "live" - freshly ground.
