    FILLING: A peeled apple of medium size weighing about 200 grams should be grated on a coarse grater. Add lemon juice to the grated apple, mix. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add sugar and honey to the butter and mix. Cook stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add grated apples with lemon juice to the resulting mass. Simmer until all the liquid evaporates. At the end, add the cinnamon, mix and remove from heat. Cool the filling.

    PIES: Divide the rested dough into 6 parts, roll a ball from each part. Leave the balls under the film for 15 minutes to rest. Then roll out a circle from the ball. Make one incision on the circle from the center to the edge, put the filling on one side in an amount of about one teaspoon. Roll the dough with the filling in a circle carefully and carefully pinching the edges. At the end, shape the dome with your hands. Grease the pies with icing of mixed egg yolk with milk.
