Step 1:
Carefully wash the mushrooms. Remove the legs from the hats and cut them finely. Also finely chop the onion. Mix the chopped champignons with onions and fry in a frying pan until cooked. Salt, pepper to taste.
Step 2:
Fill mushrooms with ready-made minced meat, sprinkle with grated cheese
Step 3:
Carefully pour the quail egg on top. We put it in a preheated oven and bake until the mushrooms are ready.
