Step 1:
To prepare a barbecue according to this recipe, take turkey meat, namely breast and leg, approximately equally. Only 2.5 kg. All for 6 skewers.

For the marinade: vegetable oil 150 ml, ginger juice to taste, juice of 1 lemon, ground paprika, red pepper, a mixture of peppers and salt 1 teaspoon each.

First of all, pour the spices with oil and set aside to break the flavor.
Step 5:
Now cut the turkey meat into portions, against the fibers. Season it with lemon ginger juice and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir and leave to soften for 10 minutes before pouring in the marinade. There is no need to marinate the fat.
Step 6:
The marinade is ready, the meat is prepared - fill it with marinade. Mix thoroughly and send it to the refrigerator for an hour and a half to soak in spices.

Time has passed, the turkey is soaked. Get started - kindle firewood and wait for coals!

And at this time, while waiting for coals, cut the fat into small pieces. It will need to be put between the turkey meat. Thus, the kebab will become fatter and juicier! You string the shish kebab on skewers. It is better to bend the pieces of fat in half.
