Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Start cooking by thoroughly washing all the ingredients.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Pickle, so to speak, we will only mushrooms. To do this, chop the garlic (with the help of a garlic chopper it will turn out perfectly), finely chop the greens, pour olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Dip the mushrooms in the resulting marinade.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Zucchini and corn are cut into slices of medium size (about 1.5 cm thick). Add a little salt.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

And now the most interesting thing: we string the vegetables alternately on a skewer. And if I use square wooden skewers for meat kebabs, then it's better to choose round skewers for vegetable skewers, because mushrooms and vegetables are strung on them much easier and do not rotate.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

It turned out like a vegetable traffic light with mushrooms – it looks very summery. Time to fry!

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Vegetables are cooked very, very quickly, so keep an eye out so as not to miss. On good coals, readiness comes in 10-12 minutes. And you can serve it to the table.

Such a shish kebab can be as an independent dish, in this case we serve it with a pickled onion and finely chopped pepper, or it can become a wonderful side dish.
In any case, it will be very tasty. Enjoy your meal.
