Cooking method
- To make tyurya, start by cutting the crusts off the rye bread and slicing it into small pieces. Spread them on a baking sheet and dry them in a moderately heated oven for about 10 minutes. Rub each dried piece with a garlic clove, then cut the bread into small cubes and put them on a plate. Wash and chop the cilantro and add it to the plate with the rest of the ingredients. Pour the kvass over everything, salt to taste, and serve right away. That's it — your dish is ready! Enjoy, and I'm sure everyone will love this tasty soup!
