How to make Lyudmila salad with ham and mushrooms? It is not difficult to prepare such a salad:
1. Fry the onion lightly in vegetable oil, cool it, mix it with pickled mushrooms.
2. Cut the ham into cubes.
3. Just like ham, slice fresh cucumbers.
4. Finely chop the green onions.
5. Grate the hard-boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
6. In a salad bowl, put the grated eggs mixed with mayonnaise in the bottom layer.
7. Put the chopped green onion in the next layer (leave a little for decoration), lightly brush with mayonnaise.
8. The third layer is mushrooms with fried onions.
9. Then put the cucumbers and mayonnaise.
10. The last layer is ham, also lubricate it with mayonnaise.
11. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for an hour. During this time, it will become a little denser.
12. On a wide festive dish, turn the salad bowl over, lightly tap on it. Remove the salad bowl, and decorate the finished salad with cranberries and green onions.
The salad is ready to serve.
