- Making this tasty, healthy porridge couldn't be easier! First, prep the ingredients: — wash and dry the avocado, then cut it in half. You'll only need half of this nutritious fruit. Remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a blender with a spoon. The fruit should be ripe and soft. — Wash the blueberries, spread them on a clean towel, and gently blot off the moisture on top — we don't want extra water in the porridge. Then add the blueberries to the avocado. — Wash and dry the banana, peel it, break the flesh into a few pieces, and put it in the blender with the rest. — Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it into the blender too. That's it! Now just purée the tasty mixture. Do it well, scraping the mixture down from the sides every 20 seconds so your "porridge" comes out nice and smooth. If you like, you don't have to purée the fruit and berries so thoroughly — leave some in small pieces. Go by your own taste here. But if you're making it for little ones, it's best not to leave any chunks. If the porridge comes out very thick, you can add some drinking water — a tablespoon at a time, blending after each addition. If the consistency is fine right away, you don't need to add water. Now just spoon your "porridge" into pretty bowls and serve. If you like, decorate the top with pieces of fruit or berries, or sprinkle with chopped nuts. Enjoy, and stay healthy!
