- A really interesting recipe for a kids' picnic. Outdoors, children polish off this food in no time. I also recommend these wraps to anyone into healthy eating. And tuna, spinach, and carrot wraps come together very quickly. Mash the beans in a bowl with a little of the liquid from the can until puréed. Then add the olive oil and lemon juice. Mix again and salt to taste.
- Spread the bean paste over warmed lavash. On top, layer washed and dried spinach leaves, pieces of tuna, finely chopped red onion, strips of canned pepper, and coarsely grated fresh carrots.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up the lavash, tucking in the ends. Cut each roll into several small pieces. Your tuna, spinach, and carrot wraps are ready — enjoy!
