A very interesting culinary recipe for a children's picnic. In nature, children instantly sweep away this food. I also recommend trying these rolls to supporters of a healthy diet. And rolls with tuna, spinach and carrots are prepared very quickly. Mash the beans in a bowl with a small amount of liquid from the jar until pureed. Then add olive oil and lemon juice. Mix again and salt to taste.
Preheated lavash spread with bean paste. Spread the washed and dried spinach leaves, tuna slices, finely chopped red onion, strips of canned pepper and grated fresh carrots on a coarse grater on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and roll up the pita bread roll, wrapping the edges inside. We cut each roll into several small ones. Rolls with tuna, spinach and carrots are ready, bon appetit!
