Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Pour half of the milk into a saucepan and put it to heat.
2. In a bowl, pour the starch and vanilla sugar, mix.
3. Pour the resulting mixture with cold milk, mix again.
4. Now pour cold milk with starch and sugar into the milk that has boiled on the stove, without ceasing to stir the mass with a whisk. Remove from heat immediately.
5. Stir until the contents of the pan thicken.
6. Put the future dessert in creamers or molds.
7. Wait until it cools down completely, after which you can eat it. But I would still advise you to keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - so it will become even more delicious and refreshing.
