Step-by-step cooking
Boil and peel the beetroot.
Cut it into small cubes.
Add chopped herbs and squeeze garlic through a press.
For dressing, mix the juice of half an orange, olive oil and wine vinegar.
Mix the salad and pour the dressing.
Add black pepper and salt to taste.
