Lean borscht with prunes

Step-by-step cooking
Finely chop one onion and potatoes into cubes.We lower it into boiling water.
Grate beets and carrots on a medium grater, finely chop the second onion.Lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Add sugar, then tomato juice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut sweet pepper, chop cabbage.Prunes are washed.
Add tomato dressing, cabbage, pepper and prunes to the almost ready potatoes.
Leave to boil for another 15 minutes.
Then add chopped garlic and dried herbs.
Let it brew for half an hour.
When serving, sprinkle generously with dill.
