Cooking method
- Chop the cooked chicken; peel the eggs and cut them into quarters. Slice the tomatoes, cut the cucumbers into ribbons, and julienne the radishes. Whisk together the mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt for the dressing. Arrange clean lettuce leaves on a wide platter, then top with the chicken, vegetables, eggs, and olives. Tear the rinsed herbs by hand and scatter them over the top. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
