Step-by-step cooking
Chop the cabbage.
Grate the carrots on a medium grater, cut the whole onion into medium cubes.
In part of vegetable oil, fry the onion until transparent.
Fill the onion with water, add the cabbage and bring to a boil.
Then add grated carrots and spices:bay leaf, black pepper and salt.
Cook for 15 minutes.
In the remaining vegetable oil, fry the flour, add it to the soup and bring to a boil.
Let the soup brew for 10 minutes.
When serving vegetable vegetable soup, add herbs and a slice of lemon.
