First I melt the butter, and grind the cottage cheese with eggs. Millet groats and raisins are mine. I boil millet porridge in milk in a large saucepan, and when it cools down, I put butter, raisins, sugar and cottage cheese in it, add salt and mix thoroughly. The resulting homogeneous mass is spread in a baking dish, pre-cooked oiled and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. I preheat the oven and cook millet krupenik in it for half an hour. When I serve food to the table, I put a large wooden bowl with sour cream in the center so that everyone can pour their portion of porridge to their liking. If a large company is not expected, the ingredients can be proportionally reduced by a couple of times. Russian russians usually do this, but the recipe is designed for large Russian feasts, I saw it in a reprint edition of an old cookbook of Russian cuisine from the beginning of the last century, bought on occasion at a newsstand.
