Cooking method
- A really simple and tasty recipe—perfect, too, for anyone who's short on time. It takes about 20–25 minutes to make. Put a pot of water on for the pasta and add salt. As soon as the water starts to boil, drop in the tomatoes (first score a small cross in the top of each and remove the stem). Pull the tomatoes out after about a minute and slip off the skins. Cut them into large wedges and set them aside on a plate. Set a skillet over the heat and add the butter. Slice the onions into rounds and toss them into the skillet. Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and sauté. Then add the tomatoes, stirring constantly. Slice the sausages into rounds and add them to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry over high heat, stirring constantly, for 10–15 minutes. Once the pasta is done, drain it, add it to the skillet, and toss it with everything in the pan. You can scatter cheese over the top and fry for another 1–2 minutes. Our pasta with sausages and tomatoes is ready. Enjoy!
