Polenta taragna is the simplest Italian food. Try this wonderful dish and you will love it as much as millions of Italians love it. This cooking recipe will teach you how to cook the best breakfast. Take a large saucepan and fill it with cold water. Pour milk into it and add a little salt. Bring this mixture to a boil and add stale bread.
Then, slowly and carefully pour corn flour into boiling water and, stirring constantly, cook it for 10-15 minutes. The main thing is not to form lumps.
Add pieces of cheese in small portions and, stirring, dissolve them.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, add garlic, finely chopped or passed through a garlic press.
When the polenta is cooked, put it in a plate and pour oil from the frying pan on top. Decorate the dish with parsley. Polenta taranya is ready, you can have breakfast.
