Cooking method
In order for the food to turn out delicious and beautiful, it is not necessary to spend a lot of time on its preparation. This is especially true for those who don't have much time anyway, but they still want to pamper their relatives with something new. Therefore, I am always on the lookout for something appetizing, original, but at the same time consuming little time and effort. Here I accidentally saw a cute and simple cooking recipe that turns an ordinary egg into a beautiful snack that can serve as a table decoration. After all, it's one thing to just boil an egg and eat it, and another thing is to turn it into a small culinary masterpiece and show your family that you care about what they will eat, this is also a manifestation of care. So, we put the eggs to boil, and while they are cooking, we will prepare the sauce. To do this, we scroll through the salad in a meat grinder, add cream to it, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained and add mayonnaise to it. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside, you can put it in the refrigerator. We cool the boiled eggs under cold water, so it will be faster, clean, cut into quarters and beautifully spread on a plate. Then pour the prepared sauce and decorate with leaves of greenery. Eggs under green mayonnaise are ready. Simple and appetizing.
