Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Pour flour into a bowl and grate frozen butter on a coarse grater.
Step 2:
Add baking powder, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and cottage cheese.
Step 3:
Knead the dough, it should not stick to your hands.
Step 4:
Roll out part of the dough and use a mold to cut out the circles.
Step 5:
Preheat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the pucks on both sides. Put the finished curds on a paper napkin.
Step 6:
When they cool down, decorate them with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
