Step 1:
Wash the chicken carcass and carefully separate the meat from the bones.

Add vegetable oil, black pepper, salt, onion, lemon juice to the fried mushrooms, simmer until the onion is transparent, mix and turn off the stove.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Add potatoes, chopped dill to the pan and mix.

Add grated cheese to the finished filling.
Step 10:
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees and fill the chicken tightly with stuffing.
Step 11:
Put the chicken in a baking tray. Piercing the skin, we sew it up with toothpicks, tie the legs with twine and wrap the wings in foil.
Step 12:
Bake the chicken for 40 minutes in the oven, take it out and put the foil on the breast and send it to the oven for another 35-40 minutes.
Step 13:
We put the finished chicken on a dish and serve it on the festive table.
