Fried zucchini rolls with cottage cheese and herbs

Cottage cheese can be replaced with mascarpone or other cottage cheese. I had two young zucchini in my refrigerator and I decided to cook them something new. My mother-in-law, who loves cottage cheese very much, was supposed to come to visit, so the recipe developed by itself based on our preferences with her. As it turned out, cottage cheese goes well with fried zucchini and the snack flew off the table very quickly.
