Cooking time: 5 min

Using a vegetable peeler (or a cheese knife), slice the cucumber very thinly.
Add salt to cream cheese and mix with herbs. Put the resulting mass in the middle of the cucumber strip.
We put a small shrimp on the cheese mass and wrap everything together in a roll. We insert a skewer into the roll, which we then install on the bread.
