Cooking method
Cut a thin baguette into pieces up to 0.5 centimeters in thickness. Or we cut out circles from ordinary bread using cutting molds. Lubricate each piece with cream cheese. Lightly add salt if necessary and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
Now thinly slice the fish plates and fold them into a spiral. We install spirals on the cheese.
