Step 1:
To prepare the filling for pancakes, prepare the necessary ingredients. Minced meat can be taken and any kind of meat. I will use minced pork. Take more onions. The juiciness of the filling will depend on its quantity. The more onions there are, the juicier the filling will turn out.
Step 2:
Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Finely chop the peeled onion.
Step 3:
Heat a hot frying pan to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Then put the chopped onion in a frying pan and fry it over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until it becomes transparent. Do not forget to stir the onion so that it does not burn.
Step 4:
Then add minced meat to the onion in the pan. Mix everything well. Fry everything together for 10-12 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5:
The finished minced meat will become golden in color with a very appetizing aroma. At the end of frying, add a little salt and spices to the minced meat to your liking. Cool the stuffing from the minced meat to a warm state.
Step 6:
